Jack Hansen was the best salesman to work with. Everything was done prior to getting to the dealership as we live 5 hours away. From start to finish the process was flawless, and Cody explained everything during signing in detail and was a a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about how happy we are with this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy!

She answered all our questions clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free. We were able to get our car without any issues, and the team overall was professional and efficient. If you’re looking for a Mazda, definitely recommend working with Samantha and this dealership. UPDATE (02/10/2026): I came back for my first service today, and I am once again impressed by the level of service here. Ryan was incredibly helpful, both over the phone beforehand and in person when I arrived. The service took about 1.5 hours, and they provided me with a loaner vehicle, so I didn’t lose any time and could finish my errands. Everything was perfectly on time and went very smoothly. A standout feature was the 3-minute inspection video they texted to my phone; it was great to see the details while I was relaxing in their lounge. I truly feel lucky to have purchased my Mazda from this dealership. Thank you, McDonald Mazda, for the top-notch experience!
